have i told you that i’m aiming for a 140 lbs body weight at the end of the year? sounds impossible? ask my trainor!!! he said it’s possible. with all the eating he is making me do, i think it is.
i meet up with him 3x a week, that’s 3 gruesome, sweaty workout sessions a week. he makes me eat a pint of ice cream (any brand! any kind! any flavor!) before our session and lotsa-lotsa food. big mac meal upsize, 2 piece chicken meal… you get the picture..
now i have a cramping lower back with the lifting i did yesterday. i can’t bend, i can’t pick up anything on the ground without looking a boneless bangus flat on the ground.
